Eon Jewels is an online luxury jewellery store. By accessing our website or placing an order you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and will post any changes on our website.

2. Placing an order

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed by email once payment has been processed. If we are unable to fulfil your order a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice however the price at the time of purchase will always be honoured. Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotion period.

4. Made to order

All Eon Jewels rings are made to order. Production times are included in our delivery estimates. As each piece is crafted individually we are unable to guarantee identical results to images shown, however we ensure every piece meets our quality standards before dispatch.

5. Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third party courier services or circumstances outside our control. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

6. Returns and refunds

We offer a 30 day return policy on all orders. Please refer to our Returns page for full details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable.

7. Warranty

All Eon Jewels pieces are covered by our quality guarantee. If your piece arrives faulty or damaged we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. This does not cover damage caused by wear, misuse or accidental damage after delivery.

8. Product descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Colours and stone appearance may vary slightly due to screen display settings and the handcrafted nature of each piece.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eon Jewels is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Privacy

We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order or as required by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the country from which you placed your order. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable the remaining provisions continue in full force.
